When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, country, enquiry type and message, and your company name if you provide it. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the content of your message.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies.

How we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and to continue any correspondence that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and where an enquiry leads to a contract, the steps needed to enter into or perform it.

We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Sharing and storage

Enquiries are delivered to our email systems through our website hosting or form-handling provider, which processes the data on our behalf. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it
